We want to express our gratitude to PAL (Police Athletic League) and their partner organizations, the Hardin Foundation and The Salinas Firefighters Association, for making the holidays special for several hundred children this past December. They generously donated 350 toys to children participating in our library's literacy programs and homework centers. For more than five years, PAL has been very generous with the library, allowing us to distribute toys to needy families during the holidays. We appreciate their support and just want to say Thanks!
